They aren't an American company, and if they claim to be, none of their offices are in the U.S. When they say they're 'fixing' issues, they hire any freelancer they can get. I've noticed a lot of activity from India and Pakistan on Firebase. Their prices are outrageous, and they promise a ton of services, but once you start paying on time every month, the response to tickets gets super slow, and not much gets done about the bugs on their platform. This is far from what you should anticipate. The images on their website don't accurately reflect the actual backend UI for many features. When they manage to fix one issue, it seems like ten more pop up, and then we end up waiting like fools for two months just for a simple fix, all while we’re shelling out cash. When you voice your concerns, they claim they need to roll out updates for all customer issues. That's just nonsense. We pull in over 4-5 million a year... so, it's about time we create our own app, as AMS is really causing us business disruptions and significant problems.

I appreciate a lot about this app. However, the pace at which the team is tackling the integration with new Wordpress plugins is a bit underwhelming. I truly hope for a more effective method for this. In the meantime, it functions nicely with WooCommerce. Definitely a tool for newbies managing small WP sites.

For our site, it functioned just fine. They deliver on their promises. Transform your site into an app, at a fair price (compared to others). We had a tough time with another company (who demanded payment upfront and offered zero support). If things don’t pan out, I recommend opting for a monthly plan, so you can bail early. I get that there are all sorts of websites (some not so well made), so it might not work for everyone. For us, everything went pretty smoothly, and AppMySite helped us with the publishing process.

This is honestly the most frustrating platform you could pick for building your app. Their prices are outrageous, and they tout a bunch of services, but after you hand over your cash, the response time for support tickets drags on forever, and they don’t seem to fix any of the issues on their site. If you request a refund, they’ll just point fingers at you for not checking their no refund policy and won’t even attempt to address their bugs, instead blaming your hosting situation. It feels like a total scam!

Zero Assistance! I built my application for a WordPress site. The design options are SUPER restricted. I could never find the right fonts or colors, and, naturally, NO ONE from customer service is around to help with even the easiest issues. I switched from Premium to the free version, just to leave with the least amount of time completely wasted.

I am really appalled by this company. Last week, I shelled out for an upgrade to assist me in getting published, but I got zero help. I was told I’d hear back by the end of Friday, but guess what? Crickets. I also paid for chat support, but it’s always offline, and I upgraded for priority email responses, yet they don’t reply... It’s frustrating that no one responds or offers assistance, even after you pay for an upgrade!
